For online shops
Checkout abandonment is not one number. It is a sequence of steps, each losing a different group of people for a different reason.
Start freeThe checkout funnel is a black box
You know how many started and how many finished. The middle is guesswork.
Consent banners hide your mobile traffic
The segment most likely to abandon is the one least likely to be measured.
Campaign numbers do not survive the journey
Somebody arrives from a newsletter, browses, comes back later and buys, and the sale is credited to nobody.
Step-by-step checkout funnels
Every step, with the count of people lost at each one and the median time taken by those who finished.
Cookieless collection, so mobile is actually counted
Nothing is stored on the device, so there is far less to gate behind a banner and far less traffic disappearing from your reports.
Campaign attribution that survives a session
A campaign is carried through the visit that started with it, and a new campaign starts a new session so credit is not silently reassigned.
Segments on order value and product properties
Send them with the event and filter every screen by them.
There is a Revenue screen now: money per currency, never converted and never added together, broken down by channel, country and device, with single-touch attribution stated on the screen rather than in a footnote. What is missing is the way to fill it. Purchase amounts have to arrive from your backend, and the authenticated server endpoint that would accept them is specified and not shipped, so the screen currently shows you how to send one and nothing else. There is no Shopify app either, and product-level reporting is Phase 2.
It is on the changelog with everything else we have not done. A roadmap item described as a feature is how software gets bought and then resented.
